Heating and ventilation
Air-source heat pump:
The remote control should be in its wall bracket where it signals the temperature to the air-source heat pump.
The heat is spread into the rooms when doors are open.
Mode should be set to heat, which is symbolized by a sun with rays.
Electrically powered radiators:
The air heat pump provides the heating as much as possible.
The radiators in the bedrooms can, however, be pleasant to turn on sometimes in colder weather if it feels cold.
The number on the radiators is not exact and they run at a lower number/temperature than it really is in the room.
Ventilation:
Fresh air enters via vents in bedrooms and living rooms.
The used air is vented out via the bathrooms and the kitchen fan.
The outflow is controlled via the kitchen hood.
When cooking, the number 1-3 is used.
Otherwise the small or large circle.
Dishwasher
Extra quiet programs are available as well as the possibility to shorten programs.
Cooker and extractor fan
The kitchen fan controls the ventilation in the apartment.
When cooking, use the numbers on the right (1-3).
At other times, the knob should be set to one of the circles on the left. For showers and saunas, the large circle, otherwise the smaller one.
TV
Channels via antenna and Chromecast are available. It can be reached via wifi, Hallonstigen 6.
Snow clearing and sanding
Shovels are available for shoveling near the house and the entrance. Parking and the road up to the house are plowed.
In the storage room there is a bucket of sand to use if needed. If more is needed, check with Orsa Grönklitt where it can be collected.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
Not available.
Coffee maker or percolator
Coffee percolator is available.
Drying cabinet
Available. No special instructions.
Ski storage
Available outside the entrance.
Parking space
In front of the house and on the driveway.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
