Cottage information
Wifi
The Wi-Fi name and password are on the inside of the cleaning cupboard door.
Sauna
The left knob controls the heat and the right knob controls the timer function of the sauna heater.
Heating and ventilation
Water floor heating and radiators. Mechanical ventilation that is constant.
Dishwasher
Dishwasher available. Recommend to use program Normal or Stew. The quick program works like that, and even worse if the dishwasher is overfilled. There is a water trap on the kitchen faucet which is usually closed on arrival.
Cooker and extractor fan
The stove and oven work perfectly. The oven is perceived to keep temperature almost in excess. Important to keep the oven clean, otherwise it can smell and ooze. The fan works well.
TV
Smart TV with apps that work well.
Snow clearing and sanding
Snow shoveling and sanding is done by a contracted operator at BRF, which mainly covers parking and the area around the house. There is also a snow shovel available to take the last around the apartment.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
There are engine heaters at the apartment’s two parking spaces, on either side of sign 4C. There are also two electric car chargers available, these are outside Häggbärsstigen 6.
Coffee maker or percolator
Moccamaster and Percolator coffee makers are available in the apartment. Percolator does not need coffee filter.
Drying cabinet
Two drying cabinets are located in the hall.
Locks and door handles
Yale Digital Lock- If you have any questions, please contact the cabin service.
Ski storage
The ski storage is located on the corner of the house, to the far right of the stairs.
Parking space
Two parking spaces belong to the apartment. These are on either side of the 4C sign.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Please respect that the hotline is operated by staff located in the home and is only used in emergency situations.
Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
