Snow clearing and sanding
Snow clearing of the driveway according to the agreement with the company that clears roads in the area. Performed as needed according to the snow clearing company’s assessment. Note! For snow clearing to be performed, the driveway must be free of vehicles. Cars are parked in the designated parking space.
Shovel, scraper, and broom are available, as well as a box and spade for collecting sand from the sand containers in the area.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
Engine heater available at the designated parking space in close proximity to the cabin.
Electric car charging is not available at the cabin and is not allowed from the power outlets at the cabin. Electric car charging is available at Orsa Grönklitt’s guest parking areas in the area.
Coffee maker or percolator
Percolator and coffee presses are available. Coffee filters are not needed.
Drying cabinet
Available.
Locks and door handles
Lock with a regular key. The same key for the front door and storage. The patio door locks from the inside.
Ski storage
Yes, there is storage directly outside the front door.
Parking space
Yes, designated parking with engine heater is available at the parking lot at the entrance to Vargen. Loading and unloading are possible at the cabin.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
