Sauna
The sauna has two knobs. One knob controls the power, and one knob is a timer. The numbers show the number of hours until the sauna starts, after which the sauna runs for four hours.
Heating and ventilation
Heating is automatic.
Ventilation is also automatic, but can also be controlled from the left-hand control on the cooker hood.
For showers and saunas, the rightmost light on the left-hand control of the cooker hood should be lit. This can otherwise be changed manually.
Dishwasher
Dishwasher available. The length of the program is adjusted under the P button.
When the program is finished, there will be a beep from the dishwasher, we have not managed to turn off this function.
If the previous tenant turned off the water to the dishwasher, this is started by turning the knob on the mixer so that the zero points to the left.
Cooker and extractor fan
Cooker: If the induction hob or oven does not work, it is probably due to the child lock. All information can be found in the operating instructions in the black binder.
Fan: Controlled by the second control on the cooker hood. The number of lights on the control indicates the time the fan is running, between 30 and 120 minutes.
TV
Chromecast is available.
Otherwise, the Teliaplay app or the Telia box can be used to access the TV offering.
Snow clearing and sanding
The parking lot is shoveled and sanded by Grefs AB. Snow shoveling of the walkway and around the front door etc. may need to be handled by the tenant. Snow shovel and brush are available either on the terrace or in the ski storage.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
Electric car charging via app is available in the parking lot.
There is no socket for engine heaters. Electricity from the apartment must not be used for this purpose.
Coffee maker or percolator
Coffee makers, as well as kettles, are available.
Drying cabinet
Drying cabinets are available.
When the drying time is over, the fan will continue to run for a period of cooling.
Ski storage
Ski storage is on the side of the house and is locked with a padlock. The key is in a blue lanyard. It is important that the key is hung in the foyer when leaving the apartment.
Parking space
The parking lot marked 1D belongs to the apartment.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
