Sauna
The bathroom is equipped with a sauna. Please read the manual on how to use the sauna properly.
Please be considerate and try to minimize unnecessary electricity consumption.
Heating and ventilation
The indoor climate (temperature and air quality) is automatically controlled by the internal climate/ventilation system and the underfloor heating. The smart kitchen hood is part of the climate system.
There are three modes: “Away mode”, “Normal mode” and “Sauna mode”. If you take a lot of saunas or showers, please activate the sauna mode. This is needed to avoid too high humidity in the apartment.
The sauna mode switches off automatically after 24 hours.

Patio: Be careful when opening patio doors – gently press the buttons above and below the handle before turning the handle.
Two wooden chairs for outdoor use are available (under the bunk bed in the small bedroom).

Open fire and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. For your safety, a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket are available in the wardrobe at the entrance.
Cot is under the bunk bed in the small bedroom.
The switchboard (fuse box) is located in the closet (a white door on the back wall).
Please keep the apartment clean and tidy. Cleaning equipment is available in the bathroom in the drawer under the sink. ATTENTION! Do not wash wooden floors because of their delicate surface. Do not put anything wet or damp on the window sills, as this can damage the surface.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
