Cottage information
Wifi
There is a QR code you can scan on the notice board to the right of the toilet door that will take you directly to the open network.
Sauna
A sauna is available in the main bathroom.
Heating and ventilation
Heating and ventilation are on automatically. You do not need to take any action.
Dishwasher
A dishwasher is available in the kitchen. Don’t forget to turn on the water tap.
Cooker and extractor fan
The stove and fan are easy to operate without further instructions.
TV
TV is available in the living room and the master bedroom where the double bed is located.
Snow clearing and sanding
Snow shoveling and sanding of common paths and trails is handled by the Housing Association. However, you need to shovel yourself outside the front door. A snow shovel is available in the storage room. Please return it there after use so that it does not disappear.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
Engine heaters are available for both parking lots. Electric car charging is available in the shared parking lot. Please park there only while you are charging your car.
Coffee maker or percolator
Both coffee maker and percolator are available in the apartment.
Drying cabinet
Two drying cabinets are located in the main bathroom. They are easy to use.
Ski storage
There is a ski storage room where you will also find a snow shovel and a washing rack.
Parking space
The apartment has two parking spaces.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Please respect that the hotline is operated by staff located in the home and is only used in emergency situations.
Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.

Here with us in Orsa Grönklitt you will find a wide range of activities, summer and winter. Join us on a snowmobile safari, take a dog sledding trip or why not a sauna bath on our sauna raft!
