Sauna
There is a sauna with space for 3-4 people. The sauna heater is equipped with a thermostat and timer.
Heating and ventilation
The cabin has underfloor heating on the ground floor that can be controlled with separate thermostats for the bedroom and living room. On the upper floor, there are radiators with thermostats in each bedroom. Ventilation is handled by the exhaust air heat pump and fresh air enters through window vents. Good ventilation requires fresh air to enter the house.

Stovetop with fan that blows out cooking odors.
TV
TV with DVD player and Bose sound system is available and connected to Grönklitt’s cable TV. There is a selection of children’s movies and feature films in the TV stand. There are also some DVDs with music.
Snow clearing and sanding
Snow removal and sanding is performed by a contractor.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
No open electric car charging or engine heaters. Electric car charging takes place at designated locations in Orsa Grönklitt.
Coffee maker or percolator
Coffee maker is provided.
Drying cabinet
Located in the hallway.
Locks and door handles
If the lock on the front door gets stuck when locking, just turn the opening handle and it will release.
Ski storage
Available and lockable with the house key.
Parking space
Available, space for 2-4 cars.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
