The router is in the white metal cabinet in the hall. May need to be restarted on occasion.
Sauna
Available. To minimize the risk of a blown fuse, do not use the sauna and electric car charging at the same time.
Heating and ventilation
Mountain heating center is in a locked room outside the entrance. The caretaker has the key. Otherwise, the thermostats in the house are set to provide comfortable heat.
Dishwasher
Available. The knob for the water supply to the dishwasher is located on the tap at the kitchen sink.
TV
The TV in the living room downstairs gets its channels from a regular table antenna in the window. Sometimes, depending on the weather, you may need to move the aerial slightly to get good reception. A remote control (Denver) to turn on the digital converter, where you also eat channels (SVT1, SVT2 and TV4). A remote control (Philips) to turn on the TV itself and regulate the sound.
The TV upstairs is connected to the broadband and has a Chromecast to stream on.
Snow clearing and sanding
The terrace is not shoveled. Plowing of surfaces outside the house is done by a contractor if necessary. Please pay attention and move any cars if you are at home when they arrive so that plowing of the parking area can take place.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
Use the EV charger at times when other parts of the house are not in use, for example at night. This minimizes the risk of a blown fuse and keeps power peaks down.
Coffee maker or percolator
Coffee maker and electric kettle available.
Drying cabinet
Available, as well as washing machine. The knob for the water supply to the washing machine is on the tap in the laundry room. The boot dryer is in the laundry room. Do not forget to turn off when the boot dryer is not in use.
Ski storage
Available.
Parking space
Located on the west side of the house, 2 seats.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
