Sauna
Wood stove
The BRASKAMIN is located in the main cabin. Follow the instructions for use in the cabin guest booklet.
Heating and ventilation
The heating on the ground floor/floor heating is automatically controlled. DO NOT change the settings.
Upstairs, the elements in each room can be adjusted as needed.
Dishwasher
Available in the kitchen. See instructions for use in the cabin guest booklet.
NOTE! Make sure that the water supply valve (on the side of the kitchen faucet) to the dishwasher is open during use.
Cooker and extractor fan
Located in the kitchen. The stove has a child lock. See instructions for use in the cabin guest booklet.
NOTE! When cleaning the hob, use cleaning agent for ceramic hobs (in the cupboard under the sink)
TV
TV and DVD, set-top box and remote control are located upstairs.
Snow clearing and sanding
Snow removal/plowing and sanding on the road, the driveway and on the field in front of the entrance is provided by Grefs AB, Orsa.
Snow removal in front of the entrance door, snow storage door and patio door is done by the tenant if necessary.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
Engine block heater available. The key is in the key cabinet in the hall.
Electric car charging is NOT provided. For electric car charging, please refer to Grönklitt’s charging stations (Gästcenter, Längdcenter, Lingonstigen, Häggbärsstigen)
NOTE! It is not allowed to charge an electric car in a regular shuko/wall socket/engine heater due to overload/heat development/fire risk.
Coffee maker or percolator
Percolator available in the kitchen. Possibility to brew coffee (not automatic) is also available.
Drying cabinet
There are two drying cabinets in the technical room.
WASHING MACHINE
There is also a washing machine in the technical room. See instructions for use in the cabin guest booklet.
NOTE! Make sure that the water supply valve (on the side of the water mixer) to the washing machine is open when in use.
Locks and door handles
There are two different locks/keys.
1. For the entrance door. Lock/unlock as “normal”.
2. For patio door and ski storage door. To lock, you must first turn the door handle upwards. Then lock with the door handle in the normal position.
Ski storage
The ski storage door is just to the left of the entrance door.
NOTE! The slightly larger warm storage room on the entrance side is private/locked.
Parking space
Parking on the level in front of the building entrance.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Please respect that the hotline is operated by staff located in the home and is only used in emergency situations.
Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
Activities
Here with us in Orsa Grönklitt you will find a wide range of activities, summer and winter. Join us on a snowmobile safari, take a dog sledding trip or why not a sauna bath on our sauna raft!
