Sauna
The sauna is turned on by turning one of the knobs. The numbers determine how long the sauna is on. If you continue to turn the knob, a timer is set instead for when the sauna will turn on. The other knob regulates the heat.
Heating and ventilation
Dishwasher
To turn on the dishwasher, first make sure the knob on the faucet is in the ON position. Use dishwasher detergent and place it in the detergent compartment (the larger square compartment). Press the button with the switch symbol on the far left. Then press the button marked P for the desired program. We recommend program auto (A). Then press the button with the play/pause symbol to start the dishwasher.
Child lock can be used, press the plus sign button and the minus sign button simultaneously for 3 seconds. Repeat to turn off child lock.
Cooker and extractor fan
The hob is switched on by pressing the touch button with the switch symbol. Then press the button corresponding to the hob you want to turn on. You then adjust the heat on the plate using the dotted line where low heat is to the left and high heat is to the right. You turn off the stove by pressing the power button again. Holding the padlock button activates and deactivates the child lock function. Try holding this button if the stove cannot be turned on, perhaps previous guests have activated the child lock.
The cooker hood fan is switched on by pressing the touch button in the center of the fan cover. The fan switches itself off after a set time. Pressing it several times extends the time until it switches off. You cannot increase the fan power, that is how the fan is designed. Note that the left touch button on the fan cover regulates ventilation where the normal position is the middle position. If the rightmost position is lit, the ventilation increases. The leftmost position on the ventilation button should not be lit when you live in the apartment, as ventilation is reduced in that position.
To use the oven, first turn the left-hand control clockwise, this determines which function you want (the most common is conventional cooking with over and under heat, if you want this, turn until you see the symbol with two straight horizontal lines in a square). Then turn the right-hand control clockwise, this determines the temperature. Next, press the touch button with the play symbol to start the oven. If you want to set the time, turn the left-hand knob again to the desired time and then press the play symbol within 3 seconds to confirm. The oven will then automatically turn off after the desired time. To turn off the oven manually, press the touch button with the pause symbol. Child locks can be used to prevent accidents. To do so, press the touch buttons with the play symbol and the pause symbol simultaneously for 3 seconds. Repeat to turn off child lock. Try to turn off the child lock if the oven cannot be turned on as previous guests may have used the child lock.
The microwave is started by pressing START/+30Sec/Confirm. The microwave will heat for 30 seconds at maximum power. Press STOP/Clear to stop the microwave.
TV
The TV is a smart TV and is not connected to the terrestrial network. It should be logged into SVT play, TV4 play and Netflix. Please do not log out of these accounts. Via SVT play you can watch live TV by going to the channels tab. To watch other channels, you must log in with your own account or stream/cast from your own phone to the TV. To cast, just press the casting symbol on your phone and then Häggbärsstigen 2D and it will connect to the TV. Keep in mind that the phone must be connected to the WiFi network in the apartment in order to cast. Don’t forget to log out of private accounts before you leave. To get to the main menu, press the Home button on the remote control (the button with a house on it).
Snow clearing and sanding
Snow shoveling (and sanding if necessary) of parking spaces and of the road to the house up to the ski storage room is handled by a hired company that is linked to the housing association. It should therefore be done automatically, but in the event of heavy snowfall it can be done with some delay. However, you need to look after the balcony and in front of the apartment door on your own. It is possible to use any snow shovel that hangs on the walls of the house.

Drying cabinet
The drying cabinet is in the hallway. Turn the right-hand knob to start the drying cabinet. This knob is also a timer that regulates how long the drying cabinet is running. The left-hand knob regulates the temperature.
Ski storage
There is a ski storage room belonging to the apartment. It is detached from the house in a length of storage room opposite the house by the stone wall. The storage room marked with 2D above the door belongs to the apartment. The storage room is closed with a padlock. Bring your own padlock or contact the guest center for help. Please put skis in the ski storage or in the ski rack and NOT in snow banks, leaning against the house, etc. as the snowplow can then not do its work.
It is not allowed to bring your skis into the apartment and therefore it is not allowed to wax skis in the apartment (nor on the balcony). There are a number of waxing sheds in Grönklitt that are free to use. They are located at the ski stadium/length center and at the track center at the guest center.
Additional instructions
There is a parking lot belonging to the apartment on Häggbärsstigen marked 2D. There is free parking for other cars 50 meters down Toppstugevägen marked P7 on the map of Grönklitt.
You are not allowed to drive the car down past the barrier to the apartment, not even to briefly pack in and out of the car. This is because the strength of the road does not allow it.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
