Wifi
Wi-Fi is not available, but there’s very good reception for mobile internet!
Sauna
There is a shared sauna next to the Reception and a bookable sauna raft at Lake Rädsjön.
Heating and ventilation
Direct heating and underfloor heating beneath the tiled floor in the hallway and bathroom.
In the bathroom, there’s an exhaust fan with ventilation through the roof vent. The fan is activated manually.
All bedrooms are equipped with adjustable wall vents.
There’s an open fireplace with a fireplace insert.
Two 6kg powder fire extinguishers are mounted on the wall, one by the fireplace and one in the hallway.
Dishwasher
Available. Floor model, located under the sink.
Cooker and extractor fan
50 x 60cm stove with a ceramic hob featuring four burners. Oven with lighting.
Kitchen hood with three power settings, lighting, and ventilation through the roof vent.
Refrigerator and freezer are available.
TV
Four modern high-resolution flat-screen TVs, one in each room. 1x 55″, 2x 32″, and 1x 22″. Separate sound system with Bluetooth for a premium audio experience connected to the TV in the living room.
2 DVD players including 50+ movies, one player in the living room and one in the smallest bedroom.
Snow clearing and sanding
Managed by the tenant, but normally cleared by the caretaker before arrival. A professional ergonomic shovel from Fiskars and a brush are available on the porch. Sand can be collected down the hill if needed.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
There’s an electrical outlet on a post at the parking spot for engine and cabin heaters right next to the cottage. Electric car charging is offered down at the Reception.
Coffee maker or percolator
Coffee maker is available, as well as a kettle, toaster, waffle iron, electric kitchen scale, electric whisk, and hand blender.
Drying cabinet
Full-size floor-standing drying cabinet is available. (2m x 60 x 60cm)
Ski storage
There’s a large porch where skis and ski bags can be stored under the roof overhang or alternatively under the porch table.
Parking space
Numbered free parking marked with the cottage number is available near the cottage, about 25m away. The nearest guest parking is about 75 meters away, also free of charge.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Please respect that the hotline is operated by staff located in the home and is only used in emergency situations.
Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
