Wifi
There’s a sign in the apartment’s cleaning closet in the large bathroom; there’s also a QR code to scan there.
Sauna
We have a sauna in the large bathroom. Instructions are posted outside the sauna door. You can set it with a timer—great to come back to a warm sauna after a day out in the cold.
Heating and ventilation
Runs automatically. There are thermostat knobs on all radiators in every room. The apartment is always warm and cozy.
Dishwasher
There’s a large dishwasher that holds a lot. Turn on the water at the faucet for the sink.
Cooker and extractor fan
Induction cooktop, convection oven, fan. There are plenty of pots, trays, and baking dishes.
TV
Large smart TV in the living room with an HDMI cable so you can connect e.g. Apple TV,
Small TV in the master bedroom.
Snow clearing and sanding
Handled by the housing association.
A snow shovel is in the ski storage if needed.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
There are 8 EV chargers in the parking area. The apartment also has an engine heater post.
Coffee maker or percolator
A coffee maker is out on the kitchen counter. The percolator is in a drawer in the kitchen along with several appliances like a toaster, waffle iron, electric kettle, and egg cooker.
Drying cabinet
There are 2 drying cabinets in the large bathroom, and a boot dryer in the hall with space for 8 pairs of ski boots.

Lockable ski racks are outside the apartment; the locks for these are in the hall closet.

Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
