Sauna
Sauna in a separate building on the property. Turn it on by twisting one of the knobs all the way to the right and then back a bit without hearing a small click (as that would turn the sauna off). The sauna turns off either automatically with a timer or manually by turning the knob to the starting position.The sauna house also has a toilet and shower. Additionally, there is a small fridge that can be turned on by pressing a button inside the fridge.When cleaning the sauna, don’t forget to lift the tile in the shower over the drain to remove any hair to prevent clogs. A screwdriver is available on the bench above the fridge to lift the tile.
Heating and ventilation
The heating is controlled automatically via an outdoor sensor. Ventilation in the bathroom is also automatically controlled when someone is present.
Dishwasher
The dishwasher has several different program options.
Cooker and extractor fan
The stove is an induction hob with a built-in fan. The fan is automatically controlled when the stove is in use. If you want a higher or lower fan speed, you can adjust it via the control panel.
TV
The TV is connected to the internet. Through the Comhem app, there is access to several different channels. Do not log out of this app, as it is not possible to log back in until the cabin owner is present.
Snow clearing and sanding
Snow shoveling is done regularly for the parking area. Sand is available in a bucket by the entrance for renters to use as needed.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
The electric car charger is for the private use of the cabin owner only.
Coffee maker or percolator
Coffee maker and electric kettle available.
Drying cabinet
There is no drying cabinet, but there is a boot warmer mounted in the hallway for four pairs of boots. Turn it on by pressing a button on top of the boot warmer. Then select a program at eye level on the warmer.
Locks and door handles
The key to the patio door hangs on the wall to the left of the door.
Ski storage
There is no lockable storage, but there are ski holders on the facade by the entrance.
Parking space
Parking space for three cars.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
