Sauna
YES. Timer for direct start or timer setting.
When you have finished your sauna, turn off the sauna by turning the timer to 0.
A tip after finishing your sauna is to set the cabin’s ventilation to “Forced ventilation” mode to ventilate the sauna heat faster.
Heating and ventilation
Electric heater with individual control.
Do not turn off the heating on departure, but turn it down to 15 degrees.
The cottage’s ventilation is integrated with the kitchen hood.
Mode 1 – 2 – 3 is kitchen hood.
The symbols on the left side of the knob control the ventilation. 2 modes – Forced or normal ventilation.
Possibility to turn off the ventilation/fan at the switch above the kitchen hood.
Please leave the ventilation in the “On” position when leaving.
Dishwasher
Available. No special instructions.
Cooker and extractor fan
Stove with oven and extractor fan.
TV
Available. No special instructions.
Snow clearing and sanding
Snow shovel is in the storage room and is used to shovel in front of the front door.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
Engine heaters are available at the parking lot.
The fuse for the engine heater socket is located in the cabin and is clearly marked on the fuse box.
Coffee maker or percolator
A percolator is available in the cabin.
Drying cabinet
Available. No special instructions.
Locks and door handles
Same key to front door as ski storage.
Ski storage
There is a separate storage room in the front yard.
Parking space
Parking space with engine heater socket is near the cottage marked with No. 14 on the pole.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
