Sauna
Sauna is located in the apartment and contains two controls.
Left control controls the time. White area = Starts directly and turns off at the specified time. Black area = timer and starts it at the specified time. Right slider controls the temperature. More detailed instructions in physical form are available in the cleaning cabinet.
Heating and ventilation
This is done automatically for the whole house. There are also knobs on the radiators.
Dishwasher
Dishwashers are available with several different programs, the shortest being about one hour. Remember to open/close the water supply on the kitchen mixer. More detailed instructions in physical form are available in the cleaning cupboard.
Cooker and extractor fan
Four cast iron hobs with associated oven. Above the stove there is a simple extractor hood with three different levels.
TV
TV is available in the apartment. It is connected to Grönklitt’s regular range via cable. It is possible to connect your own “Crome cast” or similar if desired via the TV’s HDMI input.
Snow clearing and sanding
Snow removal is ongoing. There are also snow shovels belonging to the apartment if additional shoveling is needed.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
Electric car charging with the “Waybler” app is available in the parking lot with instructions. Engine heaters are also available.
Coffee maker or percolator
The apartment has a percolator. It is possible to use regular coffee but prezzo coffee gives the best results.
Drying cabinet
The apartment has two full-size drying cabinets where power and time can be easily regulated.
Locks and door handles
The door is opened with the ticket you receive at check-in. To lock from the outside, press the lock symbol. From the inside, you lock it by turning the knob. When the door is locked, it will beep and light up red. If the door is difficult to close in winter, there may be snow or ice stuck on the threshold that needs to be removed.
Ski storage
The apartment has its own ski storage room located just outside the front door. It can be locked with a key.
Parking space
The apartment has two parking spaces marked with “3A”. If you are more cars, we recommend that you use the larger public parking about 200 meters away on the road up to Toppstugan.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Please respect that the hotline is operated by staff located in the home and is only used in emergency situations.
Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
