Yes, for up to 12 people.
The controls are at the bottom of the left side. The left knob is for setting the heat and the right knob is the timer (first four hours of active time, if you screw more, it is timer to start).
Heating and ventilation
Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Sensors/thermostats are located in each room where heating can be set. Between level 2-3 gives normal temperature.
Dishwasher
Tip. Place the detergent tablet freely in the machine as the door sometimes hits the basket, which prevents it from falling out.
Select the program stews or normal by pressing the “program” button. Press the button below to set the temperature, the lower half of the ring should glow red like a happy mouth.

Cooker and extractor fan
Induction hob with hot air oven. The hob is protected with a child lock, press in the padlock after starting.
Fan is started with a knob.

TV
Yes. Smart TV from Samsung. Basic range of channels, apps for streaming services and possible to stream directly to the TV.
In the furniture under the TV there is an HDMI cord and power outlet if you want to connect TV games, PC or the like.
Snow clearing and sanding
To be handled by the association’s contracted partner. From car to entrance you may need to shovel.
2 shovels are in the storage room.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
The apartment has 2 parking spaces directly adjacent to the entrance, with engine heater post.
On the other side of the house there are four parking spaces for electric car charging that belong to the association.

Coffee maker or percolator
Coffee maker (Moccamaster) for standard coffee filters is available. Percolator is also available in the cabinet for those who wish.
Drying cabinet
Yes 2 full-size drying cabinets are located inside larger WC/D.

Locks and door handles
Entrance – Yale doorman. Tag is provided by Orsa Grönklitt.
Ski storage – Key with large key ring hangs in the apartment directly inside the door to the left on a hook. It must be left in the apartment during and after your stay.

Yes, the apartment has an associated ski storage room.
There is also a barbecue to borrow as well as some sledges. There is also a snow shovel, broom, shovel – put back in the storage room after your stay.
Parking space
Yes 2 own parking spaces directly adjacent to the entrance, clearly marked. On the other side of the intersection where you drive onto Rönnbärsstigen there is a large parking lot if additional spaces are needed.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
