Yes, NOTE! There is an electronic water shut-off. To turn on the water, there is a white plug on the tile above the sink next to the electrical outlet.
More info about the dishwasher and shutdown can be found in the cottage folder, which should be on the red cabinet.

The left-hand knob on the fan cover opens the damper. Press the right one for lighting.

Yes. TV in Grönklitt cable range.

Snow clearing and sanding
The parking lot is cleared with a loader. May need to move the car to get the snow cleared.
Walkway and stairs are cleared by the tenant – No sanding

Engine heater sockets are on the outside.
Electric vehicle charging is prohibited.
Coffee maker or percolator
Coffee percolator is available.

Available. No special instructions.

Available with own entrance on outside stairs. Same key as for front door.

Winter: Two cars can fit in a row depending on how the snow has been cleared.
Summer: Two cars can fit in a row.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
