Sauna
The sauna is in the bathroom. You set the heat and time on the sauna heater.
Heating and ventilation
The heating is set at 20 degrees and there is underfloor heating. Hot water and ventilation are handled centrally by Nibe exhaust air heat pump.
Dishwasher
There is a dishwasher and the water is connected from the mixer. Just set the desired program on the dishwasher and go.
Cooker and extractor fan
The stove is an induction stove and is adjusted as desired on the cooktop.
TV
Snow clearing and sanding
Snow removal and sanding is handled by a local company. If more sand is needed, it is available in boxes along the road.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
Not available.
Coffee maker or percolator
A coffee machine and kettle are available at the sink.
Drying cabinet
Drying cabinets are available and you set the desired time and desired heat manually on the drying cabinet.
Locks and door handles
The lock opens and closes with a standard key.
Ski storage
There is a small ski storage room outside the entrance which is not lockable.
Parking space
Parking can be done outside the entrance door or up by the road and then you have to walk ten meters down to the entrance door
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
