Sauna
Sauna available. It takes about an hour to heat up the sauna.
Wood stove
There is firewood in the storage room, if you want a fire in the stove, you can use this wood. (There is an instruction book on how to make a fire). Before you go home, fill up with wood by the stove.
Heating and ventilation
Heating is via exhaust air heat pump. Please do not change the setting.
Dishwasher
There are dishwasher tablets in the sink cabinet, refill if necessary.
Cooker and extractor fan
There is a child lock in the stove door. Some cold draughts may occur at the cooker hood in cold weather.
TV
Most channels are available. Chromecast is installed on the TV.
Snow clearing and sanding
Shoveling of the driveway is handled by GREFS. The tenant shovels in front of the entrance to the storage room and the apartment. There is coarse gravel in the storage room to be used as anti-slip.
Electric vehicle charging and engine heaters
Electric vehicle charging is not yet available.
Coffee maker or percolator
There is a coffee machine in the kitchen.
Drying cabinet
There is a drying cabinet in the bathroom.
Locks and door handles
Ski storage
Ski waxing is done in the storage room, where there is a waxing profile and sockets for waxing.
Parking space
Parking is on the driveway. When the driveway is to be plowed, cars can be parked on the roadside above the cottage.
Waste management
In Orsa Grönklitt, we have waste sorting for household garbage, and as a guest, you participate in sorting your waste. In the cabin, there is a container for compost and a trash bin for combustible waste. This garbage should be disposed of at the environmental station that your cabin belongs to. Everything else should be sorted and disposed of at the recycling station, which you can find marked on the map in your arrival envelope. There is also a check-in newspaper with more information.

Check-out
If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out must be no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. If you have not booked departure cleaning, the check-out time is at 11.00.
Keys are returned in designated key cabinets/boxes.

Error reporting
Any errors that occur during your stay should be reported to the Reception as soon as possible, so we have a chance to fix the error.
If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the cottage, please contact Reception no later than 11:00 on the day after your arrival to arrange a time for inspection. Please do not clean yourself.
